Refund Policy
Effective: 6 October 2026
Premium is a one-time purchase of $5.00 USD, and it comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, tell us and you'll get your money back.
In short
- 14 days — a full refund, for any reason, no questions asked.
- One-time payment — no subscription, nothing renews, nothing to cancel.
- Billing mistakes — always refunded in full, even after 14 days.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to ATC Radar Simulator Premium, the optional one-time upgrade sold on atcradarsimulator.com (the “Site”) for $5.00 USD. Premium removes the free-tier session limits, unlocks emergency traffic and turns off ads, and is linked to your account. Payments, including card payments, are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
The simulator itself is free to play. If you have not bought Premium, no payment has been taken and there is nothing to refund.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Premium for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $5.00. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to have stopped using it.
Billing errors
If you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or charged without your account being upgraded, we will refund the incorrect charge in full — even after the 14 days have passed.
After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable. We still look at every request individually — for example, if a problem on our side stops Premium from working on your account and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
How to request a refund
- Send a message through our contact form and choose Refund request, or email [email protected].
- Include the email address of your account and, if you have it, the PayPal transaction ID from your receipt. That lets us find your payment straight away.
- We aim to reply within two business days and issue the refund as soon as it is confirmed.
You don't need a PayPal account to be refunded — a card payment made through PayPal's checkout is refunded to the same card.
How refunds are paid
- Original payment method only. Refunds go back through PayPal to the card or PayPal account you paid with. We can't send a refund to a different card, account or payment method.
- Timing. A refund to a PayPal balance usually appears straight away once issued. A refund to a debit or credit card typically takes 5–10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Currency. Refunds are made in US dollars, the currency of the purchase. If your bank or PayPal converted the payment from another currency, the amount you see returned may differ slightly because of exchange rates on the two dates; we can't cover that difference.
- No charges. We don't deduct any fee from a refund. You get back the full $5.00 you paid.
What happens to your account
When a refund is issued, Premium is removed and your account returns to the free plan with the standard limits. Your account itself, your best score and your settings are kept, and you can upgrade again at any time.
To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, we may decline requests that are part of a repeated pattern of buying and refunding.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your card issuer. Asking us is quicker, and a refund within the guarantee is never refused. If a dispute or chargeback is opened, Premium may be suspended on the account while it is being resolved. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer protection law where you live, and nothing in it limits or affects those rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. A purchase is always covered by the version in effect on the day you paid; changes apply only to purchases made after the new effective date shown above.
